“The market is changing but we are as flexible as ever”
Decom has received the FD Gazelle award again this year. The Venray business was named one of the fastest growing businesses in the Netherlands for the third year in succession. This prize also means that as defending champion Decom is in line for the Golden Gazelle, for the fastest growing medium-sized business in Limburg.
Managing director Daan van Mosseveld has not become accustomed to winning. On the contrary, prolongation of the title makes him even prouder. “This shows that our approach is sustainable. The market is changing continuously but we are able to adapt to the changes. We are as flexible as ever.”
According to Van Mosseveld, Decom’s strength lies in its commitment. “We don’t stop once we have placed a specialist with a client. That is just the beginning. We do everything in our power to ensure that our people excel in their position. Our specialists are not just working for the client, they are also part of Team Decom.”

Businesses that have realised a turnover increase of twenty percent or more over the past years can call themselves FD Gazelle businesses and are eligible for the Golden Gazelle. Golden Gazelles are awarded per province and per category.
In 2013 Decom came second, and last year the business earned the Golden Gazelle as the fastest growing business in the medium category for the province of Limburg. On Tuesday, 24 November it will be announced whether Decom will take home the golden award this year, too. The Grand Final of the award show will be held in de Royal Theatre in The Hague on 10 December.
